At Black&White Board Stores, Dreadworx Ltd we pride ourselves on offering a good service, as such under the consumer protection act (distant selling) regulations 2000, all customers of Dreadworx Ltd are entitled to return their goods to us within seven days of receipt for a full refund. When a item provided by Dreadworx Ltd is defective, or there has been a error on our behalf we will happily refund all return postage costs, otherwise you are responsible for any other cost in connection of your purchase, eg postage and return postage costs. We do ask that all goods are returned in perfect, unused and resalable condition otherwise we will not be able to process your refund. In the case of items with multiple components all components must be returned to us in the above stated condition for us to process your refund. You must insure all returned goods are properly insured as you are responsible for them while they are in return transit. All refunds are issued back to the card which payment came from as soon as possible after we receive the products back; items bought as gifts or on behalf of someone else can only be refunded to the original purchaser.
